The analogue photo series "City Toys" began in Iran, 2014. and was exhibited three years later as part of the project "Tehran, Construction Site." The project continued with capturing photos in other cities where I stayed for a while. This emphasizes the quality of reflecting the apparatus of power and capital's influence on construction and urban space. Creating a cumbersome body in the urban structure, contrary to the dynamism envisaged by Deleuze’s concept of the "Body without Organs." Here each urban element becomes a tool for playing in the field of political and economic currents. The "City Toys" is, in fact, a call to lurk, infiltrate, and resist the commodification of urban spaces, which itself is a prelude to the establishment of fundamentalism. The first display of city toys happened in Sharif Art Gallery in June 2024, Tehran.
